  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or new launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details.

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Unforeseen logistics disruptions

IMISHH is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions during special campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • Courier partner details

You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.


6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

IMISHH Enterprise is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability
  • Additional shipping costs for re-dispatch

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered

Please:

  1. Refuse delivery if visibly damaged, or
  2. Record a video while opening the package
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@imishh.com

Failure to provide proper proof may result in the claim being rejected.


8. Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation

Resolution timelines depend on courier investigation policies.
