Refund policy

1. Order Cancellations

·  Cancellation requests may only be raised at least three (3) hours after placing the order, and must be submitted before the order is processed or dispatched.
·  Once an order has been prepared, processed, or dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted.
·  Same-day cancellations after dispatch are strictly not allowed, and no refunds shall be processed in such cases.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, IMISHH Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any order. In such cases:

  • Customers will be notified in advance, and
  • A refund will be initiated within 48 hours of order cancellation.

2. Quality-Related Concerns

Refunds or replacements will only be considered for quality-related issues, subject to internal verification and evaluation.

To be eligible:

  • Concerns must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photo and/or video proof must be shared.
  • The product must not be substantially consumed (especially in case of food items).

Requests raised beyond the 6-hour window will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

All claims are subject to review and approval by IMISHH Enterprises.


3. Customer Support Hours

Customers are requested to contact our support team during official communication hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST), 6 days a week

Requests received outside working hours will be addressed on the next business day.
