THE ORIGIN STORY

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN 



It started with a rubbish cookie.

 

Somewhere in London, two young professionals were doing what everyone does at 2 am after a long day — looking for something sweet. something that actually felt worth it. What they found was the same thing every time: dry, crumbly, mass-produced biscuits dressed up as “premium.” none of it hit.

 

So they started asking a dangerous question: what would the perfect cookie actually taste like? not the supermarket version. not the overhyped instagram one. a proper, thick, chewy, close-your-eyes-on-the-first-bite kind of cookie.

 

That question turned into late-night baking experiments. weekends spent testing flour ratios. arguments over whether walnuts should be roasted or raw (roasted, obviously). and one very patient kitchen that smelled incredible for about six months straight.
